| Downtown Biloxi. MS is Dry state. 25 cents gets you a beer in any of the many bars, no matter your age. | The beach. Gulf waters. So shallow you can walk 1/4 mile out and only be waist deep. | 3 guys happy to be off base for a change. (motel where my parents stayed on vacation trip to MS.) |
